University education and research programs
We believe in the importance of the role of universities in the energy transition
That's why we have created our Repsol Foundation energy transition university education and research program network
5 education and research programs to promote and transfer debate and knowledge to society on 5 key matters in the energy transition
This must be undertaken in the shortest possible time and at the lowest cost to society. It is therefore necessary to count on all the technologies available, as well as establish the most innovative and disruptive ways of working that allow the development of new technologies.
In this regard, the university has a key role: to transfer to citizens the importance and impact of the energy transition. It must also promote, with the help of science and knowledge, rigorous debate on all these matters that are hugely relevant for the future of the planet and society.
In this framework, collaboration between the academic and business environment can and must accelerate the achievement of the decarbonization targets set for 2030 and 2050.
